AI business automation: let routine work run itself
Automation means repetitive work you do by hand today happens on its own: a form lead lands in a spreadsheet, the customer gets a reply, you get a notification. AiBoost Pro builds a simple automation from €250 (excl. VAT) in 2–5 working days. Maintenance from €49/month if you need it.
What can be automated
Go into a Google Sheet or CRM, you get a notification by email or Telegram, the customer gets an instant confirmation.
About an appointment, a payment or a repeat service, sent automatically at the right moment.
Sales, leads and costs from several places in one sheet, with a weekly summary by email.
An invoice or contract template fills in from sheet data, so you stop retyping it every time.
AI reads an incoming message, works out what it is about and drafts a reply that you just check.
AI pulls amounts, dates and the supplier from a document and writes them into a sheet.
Price and timeline
Prices exclude VAT. The final price is confirmed in a written quote after we have looked at your process.
| What you get | Price | Timeline |
|---|---|---|
| Simple automation: one flow, e.g. form → sheet → notification → reply to customer | from €250 | 2–5 working days |
| Medium: 2–4 connected flows, CRM, invoices, reminders | €500–1,200 | 1–3 weeks |
| Complex: AI document processing, several systems | from €1,500, by scope | from 3 weeks |
| Maintenance and fixes when tools change | from €49/month | as needed |
Tool subscriptions (for example Make, Zapier or a CRM), if needed, are paid by the business directly to the provider. I suggest the cheapest setup that fits first, often tools you already use, such as Google Sheets and email.

How the work goes
- Free call. Tell me which task repeats every day or week and how much time it takes.
- Process review. We map where the data comes from and where it needs to go. Then you get a written price.
- Build and test. The automation is tested on your real data before it goes live.
- Launch and guide. You get a short description of how it works and what to do if something changes.
When you don't need automation
If a task happens once a month and takes 10 minutes, automation will pay off very slowly, and I will tell you so. It pays off best for work that repeats daily, where mistakes cost money, or where a customer is waiting for a reply.

Frequently asked questions
How much does business process automation cost?
At AiBoost Pro a simple automation (one flow) costs from €250 one-off excl. VAT, medium €500–1,200, complex from €1,500 by scope. Maintenance from €49/month if needed. The first call is free.
Which tools do you use?
We pick them for your process: often Google Sheets, email and connector tools such as Make, Zapier or n8n are enough. If text or documents need to be understood, we add AI.
Do I have to change the software I already use?
Usually not. Automation connects what you already use, as long as the software can connect to other tools.
What if the automation stops working?
With maintenance I monitor the flows and fix them when a tool changes. Without maintenance, fixes are quoted separately.
What happens to my data?
Data stays in your own accounts and tools. I only get the access the work needs, and data is processed in line with GDPR.
